PANELS

• A choice of metric or imperial, standard or insulated

FIXINGS

• All nuts, bolts, washers and set screws are stainless steel.

SEALANT

• All joint sealants and bolt sealants are of the highest quality and are W.R.C. approved.

INTERNAL STAINLESS STEEL TIE RODS

• For all cisterns over 1 panel high. This maintains free concept, eliminates side wall deflection without the need for external corsetry.

THRUST PLATES

• In conjunction with the tie rods and panel faces, redistribute point loads caused by the internal forces within the cistern

SUPPORT PIPE

• uPVC, WRC approved columns are fitted to give support to lid panels and are stressed to accept live, wind and snow loadings.

LADDERS

• GRP ladders are available for internal and external applications. Stainless steel and galvanised steel are also available upon request, as are safety hoops for external siting.

MANWAYS

- Fitted as standard
• Extra manways are available. Size 600mm x 600mm complete with micro screen breather.

RAISED BALLVALVE BOX

• Standard and Special sizes available (check for details)

CONNECTIONS

• A fully comprehensive range of tank connections are available for either factory or site fitting.

WARNING PIPE and OVERFLOW SCREENED FILTERS

• Available in sizes from 22mm - 110mm.

Totally Internally Flanged

Totally internally flanged cisterns are assembled from within, allowing cisterns to be built right up against existing plant room walls, columns, even existing pieces of equipment.

Our specialy designed system with its complex full corners and "L" panels are available in metric or imperial sizes with all standard panel size variations. We offer both insulated and uninsulated options.

Pre-insulated

Each panel is insulated with a high 'U' value core material within the structure of the panel to 0.65, 0.72 or 0.41 W/M² 0⁰C over the entire surface, to enable panels to be erected either internally or externally with protection against both frost and high atmospheric temperature conditions.

Insulated panels are available for metric tanks up to 3m high and 8ft high on imperial tanks. Each panel offers a maintainance free concept, ensuring an aesthetic and cost effective method of insulating water storage tanks

Ozone friendly - CFC free insulation is used as standard
